We're leveling up. Up from being a nights and weekends side-gig to a full fledged advisory firm. 

"Client P" came to us for help with their CTO search. They'd been working with recruiters to identify and evaluate candidates and wanted an extra level of detail to ensure they were hiring the right person to build their prototype. We've worked with Client P to develop a criteria of success and are currently interviewing and assessing short-listed candidates. 

"Startup T" was referred to us by a marketing agency partner. They have been struggling with data accuracy across ad platforms, analytics tools and their own data warehouse. Our initial discovery phase identified some significant opportunities to improve their data flows and data architecture. So far we've implemented the majority up the up-front technical changes, and have prepared recommendations for internal process changes to be adopted in a 3rd phase.
